How we handle your information
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else.
What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no tracking pixels or advertising scripts. Simply reading it leaves us with nothing about you.
The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number, an indication of your company size and which area interests you, and your message.
Where it goes
Because the site is static, it cannot receive form submissions itself. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party service that relays it to our inbox at general@bigbeam.sa. Your submission passes through their systems and is subject to their privacy policy as well as this one.
If you would rather not involve a third party, contact us directly on WhatsApp at +966564947375 or by email instead. Both reach us the same way.
What we do with it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, add you to marketing lists you did not ask for, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the enquiry you made.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while the conversation is active and for up to two years afterwards, so we have context if you come back to us. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email general@bigbeam.sa and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give.
Data inside deployed systems
This notice covers this website only. The Company Management System itself is self-hosted: when we deploy it for a client it runs on that client's own infrastructure, and the commercial, customer and employee data inside it belongs to them. We hold no copy of it, and it is governed by whatever agreement we sign — not by this page.
